The listing is being handled by a CBRE team that includes Mark Shaffer, Anthony DeLorenzo, Sean Sullivan, Michael Longo, Kevin Duffy and Greg Grant. EQT Exeter spent $60 mil on a newly developed AZ logistics building. The purchase is for a 642k sf facility on 40 acres in Buckeye. Cushman & Wakefield’s Will Strong, Kirk Kuller, Michael Matchett, Molly Hunt and Dean Wiley of the firm’s National Industrial Advisory Group – Mountain West represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction. New York Life Real Estate Investors (NYLREI) and BRIDGETON paid $282/sf for a San Francisco office asset. The 78k sf building at 410 Townshend Street fetched $22 mil. NYLREI and Bridgeton were represented by Michael Taquino and Kyle Kovac of CBRE. According to Albert Pura, Senior Director of Transactions for New York Life Real Estate Investors, 410 Townsend provides them with the opportunity to acquire a best-in-class creative brick and beam office asset well below replacement cost and where the asset traded in 2013 and 2019. https://lnkd.in/gGJUgMPN

A regional retail center in the L.A area trades in a $66 mil deal. TRC Retail pays $574/sf for 115k sf La Cañada Flintridge Town Center. Pete Bethea, Rob Ippolito and Glenn Rudy with Newmark represented the seller, IDS Real Estate Group, who acquired the property in 2011 on behalf of a public pension fund.
